Kimiko Kinoshita orchestrates the dessert ball, with an explosive sphere of hazelnut and black lemon. Choose from the à la carte menu or the 41-euro menu (two starters, main courses and desserts).

The wine list features a selection of Bordeaux wines, as well as local beers and wines from small, talented French producers.
